Midnight blogging

Hi everyone,

At this hour I normally am asleep.
But not tonight. I was really tired but because I was spending the nigt at home I did not take a nap. I wanted to turn in early but things turned out differently. I was talking to a good friend of mine on Skype and was laughing aa lot. I guess that gave me new energy and now I "suffer" from it.

Also I drank more coffee than nornal. That was a very bad idea.

I would love to read your tips and ideas for what I should do to fall asleep on a night like this.

What is your nighttime routine? I should have one but I don't really do.

Margriet Winterfair 2014

Hoi iedereen!  Vandaag gaan mijn vriend en ik ( ja je leest het goed) gezellig naar de Margriet Winter fair. Dit doen we ieder jaar op de dag dat Belle Perez daar komt optreden. Aangezien ik groot fan ben van deze prachtige dame vind ik dat natuurlijk een must.

Dit jaar is het ook nog eens een speciale editie want 15 jaar carrière wordt gevierd!

Haul Yves Rocher and Op=Op (discount)

Hi Everyone!

Today I have a little haul to share with you.
I went to Yves Rocher and a discount store amongst others.

At the Yves Rocher store I bought 2 hand cremes, one for at the office and one for at home.
They are both from the winter collection and they are in red berries and in orange with cocoa.

I was very curious about the hand cremes because I have another one in black berries. That one is very watery but the smell and the end result are really good! That one is really moisturizing.

I also bought a selfie stick. Not to take selfies or anything but to make filming a lot easier if I  go to concerts and such. The selfie stick I bought you can find here: http://selfiestickonline.nl/selfie-stick-2/selfiestick-zwart.html.

I also bought a W7 palette. This brand makes dupes for the Urban Decay Nakes Palettes 1, 2 and 3.
I only have the original Naked 2 so I can't compare the others but so far I really like all of them.
I will put a blogpost up soon with the W7 palettes I own.

This one is the dupe fore the Naked 1. This just came out this or last week.
I will do a full review and swatches and maybe a look on my blog this week.

My Nr. 1 beautyhack

Hi Guys,

Today I did not have the time to take a long shower and wash my hair.
So I had to get something else to make my hair presentable.
Just the other day I read a blogpost about dry shampoo and its replacements.

As I still have to go to the drugstore to get a new bottle of dry shampoo I was looking for a replacement. Than I saw it! Cornstarch or in Dutch: Maizena.

The product I heard the most to replace the dry shampoo was baby powder but I found this in my supermarket and it really works.

The way I use it is that I shake a really small amount on my fingers or grap a small amount out of the package. Put it all over the roots of your hair and rub it in.

After you sleep on it for a night the starch has soaked up all or most of the grease in your hair.
I would suggest using it at night because it leaves a white cast behind and you don't want that when you are out and about.

Weer eens een post in het Nederlands van mijn hand!

Zoals je in de titel al gelezen hebt kun je via deze blog online shoppen bij heel veel winkels (meer dan 1000) en nog met korting ook!

Dat klinkt waarschijnlijk te mooi om waar te zijn maar toch is het zo!

Als je op de link klikt die ik onderaan het bericht plaats kom je bij een website terecht met de naam REBATY. Op deze website kan je een account aanmaken. (doe dit dan wel via de link onderaan deze tekst!)

Als je dit account hebt aangemaakt kun je op de site zoeken naar winkels met een webshop. Als je bijvoorbeeld zoekt naar de Bijenkorf vind je een link met een kortingspercentage. Als je gewoon bij de winkel zelf besteld geldt de korting niet! Het moet via REBATY!

Voorbeeld:

Als je bij de Bijenkorf 2% korting krijgt en iets besteld van €50,- dan krijg je op je account 2% van €50,- bijgeschreven.

Mocht je door het shoppen een bedrag van minimaal €25,- hebben gespaard dan kun je een betalingsverzoek indienen.

Catrice Camouflage Cream

Hi Everyone!

Today I wanted to put up a review of the cream concealers of Catrice Cosmetics.

I used to have the Allround Concealer Palette. But I did not use 3 out of the 5 colors that are in there so it went bad and disgusting.
So when I was looking in the drugstore in Holland I found the separate pots. I bought number 025 Rosy Sand and 010 Ivory.

How I use and apply them:

I apply my concealer with my finger because the warmth of the fingers makes it so that the concealer blends into the skin seamlessly.
To start off I use an eye-cream because I have very dry under eyes.
Usually I put the more pink-toned one under my foundation and than the yellow-toned one on top of my foundation.

What I use them for:
I use the 025 Rosy Sand first to cover the dark circles under my eyes
And for a bit of a highlight for when I need it or have a party and want to take the extra step I put 010 Ivory over the top of it.

I know it looks a bit weird but I obviously put foundation over or under it.

Texture: 

The texture of these concealers is really creamy as the name implied. It feels really soft on the skin. If you have fine lines though you really have to moisturize because they can crease on dry skin.

What I think of it:

Overall I think this concealer is amazing. It has good coverage and it is easy to use.
I highly recommend this product!
